SupplyEmporium ships Monday – Friday. Most orders placed by 8am Friday will go out with the Friday orders. Enjoy Free Shipping for orders over $40.

SupplyEmporium ships Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) Mail through the US Post Office, for which $100 of insurance to cover shipments is included. I do offer a Priority Shipping Option if you prefer.

To avoid unnecessary shipping costs to you, if you have more than one order the same day (between 5pm – 8am the next day), IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inform us by leaving a message ON YOUR SECOND ORDER. Message on your order is the best way, as we are busy filling orders and may not see messages sent after orders are printed.

Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. Shipping to return the items is non-refundable.

If you had received free shipping on an order you are returning, and the returns bring the original order total under the minimum for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Any item returned must be within the 14-day window; and in the same condition and packaging that it was sent to you at the time of shipment .
